At Chef2plate, we're dedicated to delivering your delicious, sustainable meals and pantry staples to your doorstep with efficiency and care. This shipping policy outlines how we get your orders to you quickly and safely, partnering with Yodel, a trusted UK delivery company.

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before 5 days on weekdays are processed for same-day dispatch.
  • Orders placed after 5 days or on weekends are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery Times:

  • Standard delivery with Yodel typically takes 1-4 business days from dispatch.
  • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery option.
  • Express delivery with Yodel is available within select regions and takes 1-4 business days from dispatch.
  • You can track your order progress with the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

Delivery Costs:

  • Standard delivery with Yodel is free for orders over £49.
  • For orders under £49, a standard delivery fee of £5.99 applies.
  • Express delivery with Yodel is an additional £5.99 on top of standard delivery fees.

Delivery Restrictions:

  • We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.
  • Delivery to remote areas may take longer than the estimated time frames.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or international addresses at this time.

Order Tracking and Amendments:

  • You can track your order progress in real-time with the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

Damages and Missing Items:

  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
  • We will promptly investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it.
  • To assist us in processing your claim, please keep all packaging materials and take photos of the damage or missing items.

Important Notes:

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
  • Yodel requires someone to be present at the delivery address to sign for the package. If you are not available, Yodel will attempt to redeliver the next business day.
